Savas Varitimos was registered as a Valuer in 1992 and has worked extensively throughout South East Queensland in both the public and private sectors. Since this time, Savas has gained extensive real estate valuation experience.   

Savas has undertaken a large number of compensation assessments where property has been taken for road, rail, bus, power line and pipeline infrastructure projects. He acknowledges the complexity of such projects, injurious affection, severance and other heads of compensation across all classes of property including residential, commercial, industrial, inglobo, rural and rural residential.

Whilst we have a wealth of experience in carrying out compensation assessments, Savas Varitimos Valuer continues to undertake valuations for the private sector and lending institutions. Our private sector work covers all asset classes. Our lending institution work relates to the valuation of commercial and industrial properties.
